The following Cookie Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing data on Users’ Devices using the Service for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Service Administrator.

  • External Service – websites of partners, service providers, or recipients of the Administrator.
  • Administrator – the company CHEMIKA Marek Gajewski, operating at the address: 117c Zebrzydowicka St, Rybnik, 44-200, with the tax identification number (VAT ID): 647-051-29-18, providing electronic services via the Service and storing and accessing information on the User’s Device.
  • User – an individual for whom the Administrator provides electronic services via the Service.
  • Device – an electronic device with software through which the User accesses the Service.
  • Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device.

§ 2 Types of Cookies

  • Internal Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service’s IT system.
  • External Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the IT systems of External Services.
  • Session Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or External Services during one session of a given Device. The files are deleted from the User’s Device after the session ends.
  • Persistent Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or External Services until manually deleted. The files are not automatically deleted after the session ends unless the User’s Device is configured to delete Cookies after the session ends.

§ 3 Security

  • Storage and reading mechanisms – The mechanisms for storing and reading Cookies do not allow for the retrieval of any personal data or confidential information from the User’s Device. Transferring viruses, trojans, or other worms to the User’s Device is practically impossible.
  • Internal Cookies – Internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users’ Devices.
  • External Cookies – The Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookies from the Service’s partners. A list of partners is included later in the Cookie Policy.

§ 4 Purposes for Using Cookies

  • Improvement and facilitation of Service access – The Administrator may store information about the User’s preferences and settings regarding the Service in Cookies to improve, enhance, and speed up the provision of services within the Service.
  • Marketing and advertising – The Administrator and External Services use Cookies for marketing purposes and serving advertisements to Users.
  • Statistical data – The Administrator and External Services use Cookies to collect and process statistical data, such as visit statistics, Device statistics, or User behavior statistics. This data is collected for analysis and Service improvement.
  • Social services – The Administrator and External Services use Cookies to support social services.

§ 5 External Services

The Service Administrator uses solutions from external service providers that may place Cookies on the User’s Devices. This particularly applies to companies: Google LLC based in the USA, Meta Platforms, Inc. based in the USA, offering the following services:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads (AdWords)
  • Meta Pixel

§ 6 Possibilities for Setting Storage and Access Conditions on the User’s Devices by the Service and External Services

  • The User can independently change the settings regarding the saving, deleting, and accessing data of saved Cookies at any time.
  • The User can delete all Cookies saved so far using the tools of the User’s Device through which the User accesses the Service’s services.

§ 7 Disclaimer

  • The Administrator applies all possible measures to ensure the security of data placed in Cookies. However, it should be noted that the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User’s activity and the security state of the Device used.
  • The Administrator is not responsible for the interception, impersonation of the User’s session, or deletion of data contained in Cookies as a result of conscious or unconscious User activity, viruses, trojans, or other spyware that may infect the User’s Device.
  • Services provided by third parties are beyond the Administrator’s control. These entities may change their terms of service, purpose, and use of Cookies at any time. The Administrator is not responsible, as far as the law allows, for the operation of Cookies used by partner services. Users can independently manage permissions and settings for Cookies for any website at any time.

§ 8 Service Requirements

  • Limiting the storage and access to Cookies on the User’s Device may cause some Service functions to malfunction.
  • The Administrator is not responsible for malfunctioning Service functions if the User limits the ability to save and read Cookies in any way.

§ 9 Changes to the Cookie Policy

  • The Administrator reserves the right to make any changes to this Cookie Policy without notifying Users.
  • Changes made to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page.
  • The changes take effect on the date the Cookie Policy is published.
